5. Fees and Payment

• All fees are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) unless otherwise specified
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement
• Third-party fees (visa fees, SEVIS, etc.) are not included in our service fees

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Us House Global Education and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

  50% refund available if cancellation is made before any applications are submitted

Non-Refundable Services

• NON-REFUNDABLE
  Application Processing Fees

  Once application processing has begun, fees are non-refundable

  DS-160 and Interview Preparation

  After service delivery, these fees cannot be refunded

  Third-Party Fees

  SEVIS fees, visa fees, school application fees paid to institutions

Refund Process

1. Submit a written refund request to support@theushouse.com
2. Include your full name, service purchased, and reason for refund
3. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days
4. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
5. Refunds are issued via the original payment method
